Performance: Madame Gandhi | 2.21.2017 | 7pm | SCAD Museum of Art Theater | Savannah, GA

SCAD presents an evening with percussionist and vocalist Madame Gandhi, the stage name of Los Angeles-based musician, feminist activist and music industry thinker Kiran Gandhi.

In this performance, Gandhi speaks about atomic living, owning one’s own voice and what “the future is female” means to her, followed by an intimate concert featuring songs she has never before played live.

With the release of her EP, “Voices,” in 2016, Gandhi now works with sound designer Alexia Riner to create electronic music that elevates and celebrates the female voice. She is known for seamlessly merging her passions for business, feminism, and music to elevate and celebrate the female voice.
