The exhibition Youth Soup featuring work by Jana Marie Cariddi.
Friday, February 5th, 7pm-10pm | The Florence Coffee Shop
1 West Victory Dr. | Savannah, GA
The show runs through February 29th.
Cariddi will be showcasing small-scale paintings on paper and wood. Her candy-like imagery is inspired by nostalgia and play; this imagery is then combined with emotional and fantastical narratives. Acryla-Gouache on paper and acrylic paint on panel catalyze these imaginary worlds into a painting object. These broken utopias serve as the artist’s cultural fingerprint.
